Ambedo was born from a rich history of service excellence, launching in 2016 when Charles transitioned from a decade-long leadership role at Hilton.

The word “ambedo” reflects a deep philosophy inspired by the fleeting yet profound moments of life. In today’s world, nearly everyone has a smartphone at hand, ready to capture life’s special moments. Yet, there are times when our phones aren’t handy, and we miss opportunities to share these experiences. In the past, Charles would accept these moments as reminders of an eternal presence. He now refers to these as “ambedo moments.”
